THE HABIT: ART! offers free shipping on every order over $150 within USA. Orders under $150.00 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $7 and $2 Orders under 15$.
Please note that in order to protect the privacy of all consumers of THE HABIT: ART!, we are prohibited from discussing Any customer inquiries including but not limited to order status requests on ANY and ALL social media networks. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for all shipping the inquiries.
Lead times vary depending on items purchased.
Items that are currently out stock will ship immediately after their arrival (usually between 1-7 business days).
Business days do not include weekends or US Holidays.
Please note, www.thehabitart.com cannot always guarantee availability of products. If you have ordered a item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email.
When we receive a high volume of orders, it may take an approximately 1-3 additional business days to process an order.
Items purchased that are on back order and do not become available within the 1-7 business days time period will be refunded to the purchasing credit card on file or paypal account.
A confirmation email will be sent with delivery and tracking information once an order has been shipped.
THE HABIT: ART! can not be held liable for incorrect shipping addresses. Any redelivery fees must be paid by the customer.
All domestic orders are shipped via US Postal Service First Class Mail unless requested by the customer at the time of purchase by choosing from our different options such as Priority, or Express, or by selecting a different shipping carrier such as Fedex, or UPS. Estimated delivery times after the order has been processed are as follows:
USPS First Class Mail: 3-7 business days from ship date.
USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 business days from ship date.
USPS Express Mail: 1-2 business days from ship date.
All transactions are considered completed upon The HAbit: Art!'s verification that an order has been delivered to the U.S. Postal Service by providing a tracking number which will be emailed upon order fulfillment. Once these tracking numbers have been provided all customers must contact their local post office for any and all status updates. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any packages lost, stolen or delayed by the United States Postal Service. We are only responsible if your order was shipped via Fedex or UPS. We ship worldwide. All International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service International First Class Mail unless requested by the customer at the time of purchase by choosing from our different options such as USPS Priority, USPS Express, Fedex, or UPS). Estimated delivery times after the order has been processed are as follows:
USPS First Class: Starts at $15. It may take 14-25 business days from ship date. However, please note that certain international orders may take up to 30 business days to be delivered.
USPS Priority Mail: Starts at $25.00. It may take 8-14 business days from ship date.
USPS Express Mail: Starts at $49.00. It may take 5-8 business days from ship date.
Fedex and UPS will provide you with an estimated delivery time frame at the checkout process of your purchase.

Please be advised that you are responsible for any brokerage fees, customs duties and any other charges that may be imposed.
Please note that United States Postal Service International First Class Mail and Priority Mail do NOT offer tracking information outside of the U.S. The status update of "International Letter" listed under the features column of the tracking information indicates that the order has left the U.S. to its destination country. Please be aware of your Country's Postal Service, if you know your local Postal Service doesn't offer a good service WE ADVISE YOU TO CHOOSE A DIFFERENT SHIPPING METHOD.
Please note that in the following countries: Egypt, Iran, Turkey, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Syria, United Arab Emirates, Israel, Jordan, Palestine, Lebanon, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Cyprus the shipping via USPS First Class and Priority Mail an estimated delivery time can't be guarantee sometimes it may take up to four months and we are not responsible of any delays. We advise you to choose a different shipping option.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends and US holidays.
All orders placed between 12:00pm (EST) on Fridays and 11:59pm (EST) on Sundays will be processed on the next business day.

International orders are not eligible for return or exchange of any kind.
We gladly accept returns on domestic orders within 14 days upon receiving the goods. In order to receive a return authorization (RA) number, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, please include your order number and full name in the subject of the email. No returns will be accepted without an issued return authorization number. All items must still be unworn and all tags attached. All shipping charges including the cost of delivery and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that all designer merchandise, sale items, and items purchased with a discount code are final sale.
Damages and Claims
Please inspect your new merchandise immediately after receipt. If damage has been found, email email@example.com including "DAMAGE CLAIM" in the subject line and let us know what went wrong. You must contact THE HABIT: ART! within 24 hours of receipt to report damage. Damages must be repacked in the original packaging it came in.
Pricing and Payments
All prices (even shipping rates) are in US dollars. We gladly accept payments through Paypal and all major credit cards.
THE HABIT: ART! reserves the right to adjust the pricing of items at anytime, without any notice.
Sales tax will only be charged for orders shipped to Florida State.
In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers , Thehabitart.com will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such product or service listed at the incorrect price. The Habit: Art! will have the right to limit the number of items purchased through our web site. The Habit: Art! will have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, The Habit: Art! will immediately issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
